Technologies

We use the latest technology and production processes, self-developed tools, and special machine structures, which lays the foundation for ensuring that we provide high-quality packaging systems.

  • Extrusion Blow Molding (EBM)

    In extrusion blow molding, pressure is used to extrude tubular preforms into the inner contour of the tool shape. A typical feature of packaging made using this technology is the bottom seam of the bottle.

    * Advantages: Various styles (round, angled, oval, with handle), flexible production.
    * Products: Plastic bottles and packaging for cosmetics, household goods, beverages, food, as well as oil and lubricants.
    * Using plastics: HDPE, LDPE, PP, and PETG.

  • Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM), Two-step Method

    The first step is to produce prefabricated parts during the injection molding process. The second step is stretch blow molding, where the prefabricated parts are heated in the machine and stretched into the shape of the product in the tool. Using this technology, there is a clearly identifiable injection point at the bottom of the bottle.

    * Advantages: Short cycle, high yield, and direct connection with filling equipment.
    * Products: carbonated beverages (such as lemonade or mineral water) and plastic bottles for household and health products.
    * Using plastics: PET, PS, PP, PE.

  • Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM), Single Step

    Firstly, prefabricated parts are produced in the injection molding process. Afterwards, the prefabricated parts that remain soft after tempering are directly stretched and blown into the final shape in the blow molding chamber. In single step molding, these two steps are completed on one machine. The bottle body produced using this technology will have a clearly identifiable injection point at the bottom of the bottle.

    * Advantages: High quality surface quality, no need for clamping rings.
    * Products: high-end cosmetics, wide mouth bottles, and pharmaceutical packaging.
    * Plastic used: PET, PE, PP, PS, etc.

  • Injection Molding (IM)

    Inject the plastic billet into the mold under pressure and cooling conditions.

    * Advantages: True freedom to choose shapes and surfaces.
    * Product: Individual components, bottle caps.
    * Using plastics: PS, PP, and PE.

  • Injection Blow Molding (IBM)

    For smaller containers of high quality standards, HENGMEI adopts a one-step injection blow molding process at selected locations. In this process, a prefabricated component is formed first, and then immediately transferred to the mold and blown into the product mold.

    * Advantages: High dimensional accuracy, small weight fluctuations, and good smoothness.
    * Products: Cosmetic bottles, rolling deodorants, drug containers.
    * Using plastic: PE, PP, PET.
